Requirements
- Lifetime monthly pension of min. $1,000 (from government, corporate, or private pension)
- OR: $750/month pension + purchase of $100,000+ property in Panama
- Additional $250/month pension required per dependent
- Spouses can combine their pensions to meet the minimum
- Criminal background check (apostilled)
- Health certificate
- Proof of pension income (official letter, translated and apostilled)
